Cardiovascular Screen Test

The Comprehensive Cardiovascular Screen identifies variances in DNA and screens for a predisposition toward cardiovascular medical issues. This comprehensive testing screens for 174 genes and allows for the evaluation of multiple conditions including arrhythmia, cardiomyopathies, connective tissues disorders, familial hypercholesterolemia, RASopathies and more.

Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) can have a genetic component and can be classified as inherited cardiac conditions (ICCs). Understanding and identifying the genetic components can support disease prognosis, therapy choice and possibly outcome.

Benefits of Testing

01. It can identify and manage hereditary conditions.

02. Provides valuable insights into unexplained symptoms.

03. Assess the risk of developing familial conditions.

Testing may be appropriate for patients with a
family history or symptoms indicating a genetic condition.
